Updated Web Site

Welcome to the “new and improved” website for CRMcG.com.

My web site has long been something of a running joke, especially among my friends and colleagues.  Of course simply everyone has their own opinion on the layout and its relative merits (what is it about viewing web sites that turns everyone into a fashion designer?).  But the real cause for laughter was the lack of updates: until just recently, it announced my upcoming seminars...for 2004.

So thanks to another project I’m working on that exposed me to a nice content management system (CMS), I bit the proverbial bullet and decided to finally update this site.  Not that anyone actually comes here, but at least for those who do, they won’t have to wonder if I shuffled off this mortal coil sometime earlier in the century.

The new CMS platform includes blog-type features that allow for easy posting and comments.  So I also hope to expand the site a bit with comments and discussions on topics of current interest.

In particular, due to my work helping people prepare for ISACA exams like the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) designations, I hope to include comments on issues, tips, and techniques to help exam candidates succeed.
