About Our Principal

Our Principal, Craig McGuffin, has a background that includes a unique combination of business and technology skills, based on his Honours Bachelor of Mathematics (Hons. B.Math) received from the University of Waterloo, featuring heavy emphasis in computer science.

Craig has received and maintains the following professional designations:

- Canadian Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

- Certified in the Governance of Enterprise Information Technology (CGEIT)

- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)

The latter four designations are from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, known around the world for their influential guidance on IT governance and control. 

Craig has spent over 25 years dealing with the business impact of computers and technology on his clients in Canada and throughout the world. His experience has given our firm a wealth of expertise with the management, control, and security of information system resources, and in dealing with the many challenges they can bring to your organization.
